We are a friendly camp with people at all levels of experience, catering for both the public and the military.Beginners to experienced fighters are always welcome to come along We are offical representitives of THE INTERNATIONAL MUAY BORAN ACCADEMY, teaching Muay Boran the styles from the ancient battlefield under the guidence of the grandmasters and arjan marco de-cesaris. Regardless of your age and ability, You can learn the art of the thai warrior giving yourself confidence, fitness and more importantly an ability to look after yourself in times of trouble. opportunities to fight and test your knowledge are available if you wish. Just turn up with a pair of shorts and a vest and start training with the best on the south coast.
